16 Months: TANTRUMS>>>HELP!!!!
DS has started these awful tantrums. Screaming, crying, and throwing things. It comes out of the blue. I can't even put him down for 5 minutes to play by himself. He sits at the gate and screams his head off. Yesterday he wouldn't even let DH hold him to calm him down. He only wanted me. I am due with DS #2 in less than 8 weeks and I am losing my mind. I am tired and irritable and I know that is not helping with the situation. How am I going to handle these tantrums with a new baby coming. I feel like crawling into a ball and crying. What am I doing wrong??????

Jack had really horrific tantrums at around the same age, the only thing that I really could do was ignore him. Once he calmed down I would go over but until that point I had to walk away.
I'm hoping that the other girls have some good advice for you! Hope it passes really soon!
